About ExactSpec Image Resizer

ExactSpec Image Resizer is a free tool from ExactSpec that resizes and compresses photos and signatures to the dimensions and file size an online form asks for.

Online forms often reject uploads that are a few KB too large or the wrong shape. ExactSpec helps you fix that quickly, without installing software or uploading your photo to a server.

How it works

You choose an image, crop it, and set the size you need. The resizing happens in your browser, on your own device. Your images are not uploaded anywhere.

What to keep in mind

The tool outputs JPG files. Preset sizes are starting points only. Always check the requirements on the form you are submitting, because they differ between forms and can change.
